I feel confident in saying that most people do not view plumbing as an art. While I do agree that the art of plumbing is somewhat lost, it is not completely forgotten. There are still those out there that truly care about paying attention to detail and performing the best they can while plumbing.
I have many goals for Pipe Surgeon Plumbing and one of them is for our customers to see the art in the way we plumb. When a team member of PSP leaves a customer’s home, I want that customer to be able to look at the work done and feel confident in PSP just from the way the work looks. I may struggle to grow this company because I will only hire those that hold to this belief, but I will not taint the reputation of PSP through employees that do not hold to these values.
