Jake was so easy to work with, conscientious, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job out here on my old farm. I have a fabulous working oven, and heaters for the living room and bathroom keeping us warm. He was kind enough to wait for me to go get new heaters when my 10-year-old ones had given up on working properly because he was worried for us all in this coming cold snap. I needed a new gas water heater on short notice. I contacted Pipe Surgeon Plumbing and they scheduled my installation for the first thing the next day. The technicians (Travis and Jacob) called me early the day I was scheduled to tell me they were on their way. They arrived, assessed the situation, gave me a quote, and went right to work. They worked quickly and quietly and installed the new water heater, bringing it up to code. I asked them to show me how to light it (just in case), and they happily did that. They cleaned everything up very nicely. They were polite and professional through the whole process, and the new Rudd water heater is working great!
