MY NAME IS JAKE MILLER II AND I AM THE CEO AND FOUNDER OF PIPE SURGEON PLUMBING.
I have practiced in the art of plumbing since I was seven years old. My parents started a plumbing business in 2001 and have been going strong since then. I worked with them during summer and winter breaks from school.
I graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 2017. My father always wanted me to go to college and get a degree to avoid having to work the labor side of a construction business. He believed it would provide a confidence that he was never able to experience without having a degree and would propel me into a position at a desk instead of in the field of plumbing. I could see where he was coming from and agreed to get my degree. I received a bachelor in Business Management and Business Marketing. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to go to a good college. I am however unable to avoid the very work I was sent there to run from. It is hard to hide from work that you have a passion for. I have had the training and developed the skills to become a master plumber and it feels wrong to not pursue that business.
