Sewer Repair and Replacement Services
If you suspect a sewer problem, schedule a sewer line camera inspection. Our plumbers use a high-definition camera connected to a monitor via a long, strong, flexible cable. It lets us navigate the camera through the sewer line and see exactly what’s going on. If there’s a blockage or leak, we’ll identify it. From there, you can explore various solutions.
Sewer line blockages are a common problem. They can happen due to foreign objects that a child may have flushed down a toilet. Other obstructions include accumulated grease and invasive tree root growth. In these scenarios, we’ll often recommend hydro jetting. This is where we use water under higher pressure to clear out the line without damaging it. Hydro jetting involves the use of a specialized head that not only clears the blockage but also thoroughly scours the inner pipe walls.
If the sewer line needs repair, you can often opt for a trenchless approach. Excavation can be time-consuming and disruptive, and you may need to invest time, money, or both to restore landscaping. Cured-in-place pipelining (CIPP) is among the most common trenchless repair methods. This is where we insert a resin-saturated liner into the sewer line and inflate it. When it cures, it restores the inner pipe walls. This is ideal when you have small cracks in the pipe or other forms of deterioration.
In cases where the pipe is too deteriorated for CIPP, pipe bursting is often another viable trenchless alternative. This is where we use a bursting head to break up the old pipe while inserting a new one. Less commonly, excavation may be necessary. Our team will dig a trench along the line that needs replacement. We can then remove the old sewer pipe and install a new one.
